You would not believe (or maybe you would if you switched away from Verizon like we did) the lack of customer service available from this company. I have to come here, to a community board, in hopes that they may see this and fix the problem.
I have spent the last three days trying to pay off the last phone attached to my account. The online payoff portal throws an error, the customer service telephone tree is impossible to get through, the callback option under Contact Us throws an error, and the support ticket throws an error. Of course, there isn't an email address for them. They stopped doing that years ago, according to Google. I don't have the time to go to a store and fight with a rep who ultimately can't do what I need them to do.
This is my last effort to get ahold of someone on the customer service team so I can pay off this phone and be done with Verizon.
