I was told by countless Verizon representatives that they were waiving the $890 charges on my bill because they all made it clear I shouldn’t have to pay that amount because on their end they informed me I had unlimited data on my old and recent accounts. As a Verizon customer of 20yrs, I’ve never had a ridiculous charge like that ever. The severe mental stress Verizon is making me go through is definitely not okay. This situation gave me migraines/panic attacks and had to go to an Emergency Room because of how much stress Verizon and its representatives put on me. I was informed by your representatives that this situation should have already been resolved and that I had nothing to worry about. You guys are the worst company to me. Being with you guys for 20 yrs, is this the treatment I deserve for being a loyal customer for that amount of years???? I’m very disappointed in you Verizon.
