Verizon, where do i begin. Couple days ago at 5/22 i place an order for headphones and a controller using my $200 giftcard. The next day it randomly gets cancelled. I contact customer service and i explain to them the problem. They told me there was a solution. They told me I'd have to wait till June 4 to get my fully refunded verizon giftcard to be brought back to my balance. I had recently bought a iPhone 16 pro and became a verizon customer, so i believed they were good customer service and telling me the truth. I waited till June 4th to contact them, they then told me to wait till June 8th to receive it, promising me i will receive it guaranteed and personally notifying me, spoiler alert. (they did not). The agent i contacted June 8, then replied saying wait till your next billing date to receive it, which is June 11. At this point i am more than furious. Not just because of the horrible customer service, but my pet peeve on honesty and telling the truth. These agents i can not even speak of, should be ashamed of themselves. I have not received any emails nor texts, making me feel like I'm a Boost Mobile customer. Any more sooner and i will leave Verizon and go to Metro. At least they care about customers.
