Verizon Dollar Redemption for Gift Cards or Travel is Not Working

I've been trying to redeem Verizon Dollars for Gift Cards for almost 3 months now. The link to redeem them is supposed to take you to the cxLoyalty site. However, the link does nothing. It does nothing when you are on an internet browser. It actually gives you an error message when you click it in the Verizon app. 

I've spoken to multiple customer service people as well as the Gift Card customer support team. Nobody knows why the links don't work.  It was supposed to be "escalated" and a trouble ticket made but nothing has come from it.

As of right now, I have to assume the Verizon Reward program for Gift Cards is not available any more. The entire reason for gaining Verizon Dollars through the Visa card is gone unless you want to keep buying cell phones.

I spent four hours with 5 different departments and not one could help me get my Verizon dollars to purchase e gift cards. What a waste of my time, worst company to deal with.
