How do I go about getting my Verizon dollars reinstated. My Verizon Dollars have disappeared as well. Talked numerous times to Verizon with no success. They keep blaming the credit card company. I keep getting the run around. The last customer service representative was almost rude telling me my dollars were correct at $5.94 when my last statement said I accumulated $56.72.

I'd also like help....had a few $100 just vanish and keep getting the run-around. I've probably already spent 3-4 hours on the phone and chat trying to deal with this.
