Verizon Dollars not transfering

After 2 1/2 years and countless hours on the phone with Synchrony Bank and Verizon Wireless, I still cannot access my Verizon Dollars. Synchrony Bank say they have submitted the correction to Verizon and, yet, Verizon continues to blame Synchrony Bank. I have had customer service agents from Verizon and Synchrony on the phone together and still no solution. After each attempt I am advised to wait 2-3 billing cycles for the corrections to take place - except nothing is ever corrected.
Is there anybody out there that knows how to correct this issue?

Hello, JM319, we know how important it is to have access to your rewards! Can you tell us more when you say you do not have access to your Verizon Dollars? Were you able to use your dollars in the past? You mentioned this has been an ongoing issue over the last 2.5 years. How long has your Verizon account been active for?

Hello Lauren,
I have been a Verizon Wireless customer for many years, minus a two or three day period in 2022 when I unsuccessfully attempted to switch to T-Mobile (T-Mobile was not able to properly migrate my service so I canceled the request after two days of no phone service). After I reinstated my Verizon service with the help of a Verizon Wireless customer service specialist I was assured that my Verizon Dollars would accumulate and be available just as they had been before the T-Mobile debacle. Unfortunately, that is not the case. While my Verizon Dollars continue to accumulate in my Verizon Visa account, My Verizon Wireless account continues to show a balance of $0.00. The rewards dashboard only takes me to a page which prompts me to apply for a Verizon Visa.
