Verizon Dollars

My verizon dollars keep disappearing. Each month, my bill gets auto paid using my verizon dollars and my verizon dollars balance goes to $0, even though there should still be a surplus of verizon dollars left after the bill is paid.  I have contacted Verizon, who sent me to the Visa, who sent me back to Verizon. Last month I was issued a refund in writing which never appeared in my account. This month, I took screenshots the day before my bill was autopaid. I should have $132 Verizon Dollars and it is at $0. Any advice on how to resolve? Calling and chatting gets me nowhere.

Have you looked at your Verizon Visa account with Synchrony to see if the remaining Verizon Dollars are showing up there?  Quite a few people have reported in recent months that they cannot use or even see the Verizon Dollars in My Verizon at all, so this sounds like a variation of that same glitch.  At least you're able to pay your monthly bill with the Verizon Dollars...
