I disconnected my Verizon FIOS in Dec 2018 and am still waiting for my refund of the final bill. The chat support agents keep telling me I need to call in to request it but whenever I call in I can't get through to anyone that can help and the wait times are over 2 hours!
It has been more than 1 year and I am still due my final refund. Can someone from Verizon please help?
