Hello, I recently recieved an email stating that I am able to redeem two gift cards I was given for signing up for Fios internet and each time I attempt to redeem them, I either get a blank white screen in the Fios app, or a connection timed out error in a browser. Just wondering what can be done so I am able to redeem the gift cards.
