Verizon Fios on Demand Charge

Today 4/30/2020 I just received a receipt for a Fios on Demand charge that I did not perform. I’m not sure what happened if it was accidental or not but I haven’t been able to reach customer service probably due to the current situation so I decided to start this thread to maybe get some help. The title bought was Bad Boys for Life HD, the receipt does not include an order number but it came out to $21.83 including all taxes. Any help would be appreciated. I would just like a refund as I do not care for this product.
