Absolutely frightening.   Appreciate Verizon.   But I wonder if they’ve gotten so big, that if “your” problem is no longer their problem if they so choose.  I would not want my  billing problems of the last few month on my worst enemy .  It’s been complete nightmare.  Affecting my health.  And  I’m at fault too.  Too gullible and maybe too old school.  Not totally understanding what I’m getting myself into.   You pay out of embarrassment.  “All Nice” customer service reps, but every time a new service rep.  Maybe when the problem is at a crossroads, consistency needs to be implemented.

Hi, really sorry to hear whatever it is has been affecting you that negatively.  If you haven't been able to get a resolution directly from Verizon, you'll have to look into a 3rd party source who handles that type of concern.  There are assorted organizations out there if you use a search engine.  Good luck and hope things get better.
