Verizon Home Account Locked Out/Can't Reset Password

I got a message that my Verizon Home account has been locked, but when I try to reset the password, I get an error that my zip code is incorrect. When I tried to join my mobile + home accounts I entered my home credentials and received the following error: We're sorry, your Home account has been locked for your security.
