That's a bunch of nonsense. I'm already an existing FiOS customer. I want to upgrade by installing new HD boxes which just need to be plugged it and the cable connected. $179.99 is more than my bill! And the $49.99 charge is a bunch of **bleep** I want my HD boxes shipped for free!
