Recently from last one week I have been keep calling Verizon support with my internet speeds not up to mark and how slow the internet is and after I spoke with them I received an email last week which eventually instead of upgrading my speed they downgraded my speed from 25/25M to 15/15M which is unfair and when I tried to call again yesterday they changed my order to 50/50M which increased my bill to $10 more and also as promised I don't see set top box on the package. I expect some response soon also I had so many problems with my internet for last 3-4 months and now they forced me to upgrade to 50/50M for extra bucks and I am paying the price. I hope someone look into this and investigate the issue.
