Verizon Nightmare

I joined Verizon for residential services a few months back. I was never happy with the service, I made several calls to complain about lack of service and no service at times with my Internet and telephone. The service was a nightmare since I received it and now that I cancelled it, I am still having issues. I spoke with an agent on the chat option a few weeks ago advising them that the service was not cancelled the date I requested and caused me addition charges. The agent basically gave me the run around not providing me with the correct information. Either way a few days later someone emailed me providing a credit stating that this account was not cancelled on time. I now have a delinquent account that I would like to have closed/removed off of my credit for all of the hassle and lack of quality service. When FIOS comes to my area I will be more that happy to sign up but the dial up was horrible.

If you cannot assist can I please have the email address for executive escalations

Hi nitah1013,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
