In February Verizon called to have us upgrade out phones. The deal was that we returned the phones and there would be no charge. Verizon charged us for the phones saying we never returned them even though we have emails from Verizon saying they received them. For the last 2 months that have been promising that they would credit back the charges for the phones, but then decided to turn our phones off for non payment of the bogus phone charge.
I have in writing where Verizon guaranteed that the phones would not be shut off and that the credit would be issued. 3 times in the last month our business phones have been shut off waiting for the credit to post. Then we were charged reconnect fees that were also supposed to be credited back.
So Far Verizon has caused us to lose a $ 48,000 job as a NEW CUSTOMER THOGHT WE TOOK THEIR DOWN PAYMENT FOR ANOTHEWR JOB AND CLOSED THE COMPANY. I have also waster 50 man hours of time on hold, calling back when hung up on, and customer service people refusing to switch us to supervisors.
I want my credits and compensation. T-Mobile is offering me $ 2400 to change to them. Verizon just tells lies on the phone and then hangs up
