I've been a Verizon customer for a while and spoke with an agent about a promo while I was in-store about 4 months ago. He explained that If I paid $200 plus $100 in taxes and traded in my current phone, I could get the new I-Phone 15. My current phone was a fully paid off I-Phone 13 in very good condition that I was told would get good value. I have come to realize that my phone did not get any value and there is a balance of $800 that ties me to Verizon for the next 36 months.
It took me hours to speak with a representative over the phone and I've been in store to discuss and all I've been told is "You received a new free I-Phone". This is not honest.
I would like my old phone back and I would like to hand this current phone back in. Or I would like the fair value I was promised on the balance. Its been 4 months and I owe Verizon over $700. It's not acceptable.
