On my Verizon Visa app, the dashboard shows that I have $219 Verizon Dollars available. When I click on Rewards Insights, I see the $219 Verizon Dollars available. I then click on the Redeem button, this takes me to my Verizon wireless account to login. After logging in, I am taken to the page, My Verizon - Verizon Credit Card where it shows Available Verizon Dollars balance is $0. I clicked on, Go to rewards dashboard, and get the red Verizon Visa Card promo page with buttons/links for: See if you can prequalify, Apply now, or already a card holder? Login to manage your account. I click on, Login to manage your account, and am then stuck in a loop and brought back to that same red Verizon Visa Card promo page . The url that, Login to manage your account goes to, https://www.verizon.com/digital/nsa/secure/ui/payment/vvc/dashboard#/ does not work.
Basically, I have Verizon Visa Reward Dollars accumulating but can't use them because my Verizon Visa is not linked to my Verizon Wireless. I've called support and tried chat, but no one at Verizon wireless seems to be able to help.
