Verizon Rewards Issue ""Again"

We have had an issue a while ago over (6 months ago) with our Rewards total dissapperaring. After contacting FIOS Reqwards they researched the problem which took 2 months to resolve, and we were credited the lost rewards without expiration of the points. Well recently in the last 2 months, since the AOL migration took place, we have again, losts our 1150 reqward points. I look to login, and contact Rewards Support and the site is totally messed up, and when I go to login tot he rewards I see this.


If I click on the "yes" button, the page goes back to Verizon Main Customer page, but keeps reloading....

I cannot find a way to access support for FIOS Rewards like I had contacted them the last time there were Reward site issues,. I did a chat session to support, but Indian support people try to send me to billing. I keep telling them this is not a billing issue. Overall it has been frustrating to deal with the Verizon problem again, but at least the last time, ( 6 months ago) the support fixed the issue. and there were ways to access them...This time, its a nightmare, and the Rewards site is a mess.

Any help would be appreciated.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases." You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe." Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
