I recently switched wireless providers but remain a Fios customer. I am unable to access the Verizon rewards to pay down my fios bill or make any purchases. Customer support (chat and phone) routed me to a local store to process payment where I was told that my phone number was not found in the system. How do I get access to my accumulated awards as a current fios customer ?
