Our special offers program is now called myAccess. This can be found in two places:
-My Verizon online: From the top of the Verizon home page select Account > More > myAccess.
-My Verizon app: Select the myAccess icon at the bottom of your screen.

They are horrible and not a reward? I don’t want tickets I want points or dollars towards bills. Seriously this is why I have to get rid of mobile and home with Verizon.

I don't know if anyone does that with their rewards program. Have you looked into signing up for Verizon Visa, because I thought there was something (Verizon Dollars?) associated with it? I'm prepaid, so I don't think I'm eligible for it, but have read some threads about Verizon Dollars elsewhere.

Several cell phone companies offer rewards programs that allow customers to earn points that can be redeemed for various benefits, including towards the purchase of a new phone. Verizon use to do it we had more than 200,000 points saved up for new phones then Verizon got rid of program and did not honor customers points. Verizon was once amazing we have been with them over 20 years mobile and home but newer customers get better deals and loyalty isn’t rewarded. I shouldn’t have to open up a Verizon visa to get customers service and better deals I pay over 400.00 a month between both mobile and home, not a small business. This is why Verizon reported a net loss of 289,000 postpaid phone customers in the first quarter of 2025, they aren’t listening to customers and keep raising prices when they aren’t giving anything to their customers.

You're welcome. I haven't been a Verizon customer that long, but that's too bad the points program is now gone. I've only used one budget carrier, one of Verizon's large competitors, and Verizon for cell phone service. The budget company didn't offer a points/cashback program. The large competitor, I only lasted a few days with them so don't have much experience there, but the sales person who did my port in didn't say anything about such a program and I couldn't find anything in my account or on the company's website either, other than the option to download an app which would give me coupons for assorted 3rd party retailers. Haven't used the other large competitor for a very long time (I only had a landline with them many years ago and have never been a mobile customer), but my father has been a decades-long customer with them and hasn't mentioned anything to me.
