Verizon Sign in

I am asked to answer the security question every time I sign in even though I tick remember this computer. It's annoying. Anyone else have to do this and/or what's the solution.

Some browsers are set to clear cache and cookies in the browser settings.

this happens to me when I am using online banking etc. I simply enter my information again. Better safe than sorry.
