Where do I begin with all the issues I have with verizon! How about when I initially signed up for service with a new phone through verizon I was told my monthly bill would be $78 with the device and autopay included in that $78 with a $30 activation fee the first month which was fine. I paid the $78 when I signed up then 2 weeks later had to pay $91.57 again fine because the activation fee. Then a month goes by and my bill is still $91.50 so I contacted customer service and they start throwing all these fees at me. Was told it would go down next month. Again fine! So autopay takes the $91.50 out of my bank account. Even got a text the next day saying thank you for your payment. A week had went by and I get an email saying autopay was deactivated as I requested. I never requested it to be deactivated so I contact customer service again 3 times that day and got no help whatsoever and just had to pay another $91.50 twice within 2 weeks this month. I've complained multiple times about having hardly no service at my home when I was told more than once it's a 5g area but yet I have 1 or 2 bars if lucky on the 4g signal. They have yet to do anything about that either. I've already paid way more than I was initially promised from the beginning and apparently I'm overpaying for poor service from both the cellphone signal and from verizon support. I'm fixing to contact the BBB because I've had enough.
