Hi All,
Just moved my existing service to another building temporarily while doing renovations, and now I’m being charged over $50 monthly on top of my regular bill to cover Verizon surcharges (Federal universal fee, etc.). Why are these fees so high? I feel truly taken advantage of. Thanks in advance for your responses.
