Verizon Trying to Screw Me. Promised $300 Gift Card, Not Delivering BUT I MUST GET TO THE BOTTOM

In the middle of December 2013, I got a flyer that said I would get up to $400 Visa Gift Card for signing up for Verizon Triple Play. I called and after choosing the package that worked for me, the rep told me that the package I chose which was the 50mbps only qualified me for $300 gift card. I accepted that and went ahead to sign up for a 2-year contract and during the contract acceptance call, I asked again and the agent AFFIRMED that I will be getting the card after 90 days.

Last week, I called to find out the status of the card and the agent I spoke to tells me that I got a discounted package and they will not be giving me a card. I find that ridiculous because nothing had changed between my signing up and now. I initially wanted to cancel my service and not pay the early termination fee since there is a breach of contract on the part of Verizon but I have decided that I will fight to get that $300 gift card that I was promised.

I have asked that the call be pulled up to enable Verizon confirm my claim and nobody seems to the "access". Please how do I get to someone who can listen to my call and send me the $300 gift card I was promised?
