I cannot get resolution either from Verizon or Verizon Synchrony. My Verizon reward dollars are not transferring to Verizon so I can redeem them.

If you left Verizon for more than 60 days and then come back, and use your Verizon Visa card Verizon will not recognize you as having a card at all. Don't waist your time.
