Verizon & Yahoo Account Sync Nightmare

Hi All, 

I have never had a situation where i was more frusted in my entire life. Every since the issue with the Yahoo accounts hacks i have never thought of them or verizon lower. Mind you i have had my yahoo account since 2002 and everything i used is synced to that account. So everytime i tried to log in i get the following error:

Dear Mohamed,

Your email account needs immediate attention. Please go to https://webmail.verizon.com to complete the necessary steps to access your email.

Your Customer Care Team

so i do click on that link and come over to verizon (i dont know why), and they ask me to log in in their website. But i couldnt so i request to reset my password because it says my account is locked. And that is when it keeps getting funnier. They only have the option of sending me the password to my yahoo account. I am like I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THAT ACCOUNT.  So know i cannot access either accounts because they are linked and they use each other for verification. So, i need someone to help me unlock both accounts and if it is possible to unlinked them so this nightmare will be over.

Hi mibrahim2011,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and scroll down the page to an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name located above your post, or at the top right of this page.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, you may subscribe to the case. At the top right of your support case there is a gear icon which provides a drop down menu with support case options. Click that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
