Hi,
I have a Verizon Fios account linked to my residential address with my name, bank account info. However when I try to log into myVerizon, it sends me to another account and when I try to call, the confirmation is sent to another email and phone number. This is a dangerous privacy issue and whenever I've tried to reach out to Verizon customer service I'm on hold for forever.
Has anyone had experience with this issue?
