My service was out for 3 days. Phone techs either never picked up the phone or dropped the ball & didn't schedule a tech to come in person. I was promised credits of $9.80 and $15 as well as HBO free for one year. All I got was the $9.80 and now, when I call, I am told no record of the other 2 promises pound sand. I've been with Verizon Fios for over a year & Verizon Wireless for a lot of years. I will now be going back to Comcast/Xfinity for all of these services after this. You don't treat people like this. You do have competition. Unbelieveable... I'm also posting this on all social media outlets.
