Verizon billed for a non-existing account and sent a debit collection company

I transfered to Verizon this Jan, 2023 and enrolled in a family plan. But I kept receiving bill from January to March. The account owner had paid the whole bill on time and the customer service told me there is no unpaid bill under my name.
This week the third party collection company send me a letter showed I owned $86.24 which also been reported to my credit score. I am very unsatified with the whole thing.
1. I enrolled family plan and should not take responsibility for the bill ๏ผwhich the plan bill was paid on time๏ผ
2. Under that situation, I paid the extra bill of Jan and Feb. Verizon should refund it.
3. Please double check with your system, and report to debit collection angecy and credit report angecy.
