With my husband, we purchased 2 unlimited plus plans with the promotion of iphone 14 plus at the end of July and while migrating from prepaid to postpaid, Verizon clearly made a mistake where they kept my phone purchase in another account and moved my unlimited plus plan to my husband's and I was left in a position as if I purchased a phone w/o any plan!! I received a notification to pay for the full phone cost of 999.99 USD!! I'm trying to make Verizon fix this issue for for around 1 month w/o success. They only keep me on the phone for 2 hours w/o any result each time I call. That's Verizon's mistake and they need to clear it out asap! That's unbelievable to me that there is no single person working at Verizon which is capable of fixing this issue right away! How can you ask me to pay for an iphone purchased with a plan and which is SIM Locked!
