Attention Chat Community and Verizon,
I'm bringing attention to a situation with Verizon's billing and customer service. After 2+ hours on the phone due to a service issue, I was promised a new box and a lower bill, I was told to ignore the actual cost listed while on the phone, I was told I would receive a call back, but instead, my bill jumped to $179 from $118. I had to call multiple times again since no one called me back to resolve.
