I am reaching out to escalate a persistent billing issue that has been ongoing since I moved my business account—comprising 8 lines—to Verizon 10 months ago. Despite repeated efforts to resolve this matter, the experience has been frustrating and unproductive.
Here are the key issues:
- Billing Errors: My bills have consistently been incorrect every month for the past 10 months.
- Customer Support Challenges: I’ve made approximately 10 calls per month to resolve these discrepancies, only to face repeated delays and unhelpful responses.
- Account Manager Issues: A representative was assigned to review my account quarterly, but they frequently reschedule meetings at the last minute, further delaying any resolution.
I would like to know how I can escalate this issue to higher management or contact Verizon headquarters to ensure my concerns are heard and addressed promptly. This situation has significantly impacted my business operations, and I hope for a swift and effective resolution.
Please advise on the next steps to connect with a senior representative or management team who can take ownership of this matter.

Tried and failed. Imagine, 8 lines and all have wrong billing. Then calling and those offshore support doesn't have knowledge nor power to take any action. They just waste your time.
Any Direct number or details that take me to the right Billing person ???

I've seen posts from the CS reps who hang out here saying they can't access business accounts at all. If calling whatever number(s) associated with Business Support or contacting whomever that Verizon contact person they assigned you is getting you nowhere, you're better off filing a complaint with an outside source.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
