Verizon cut service 10 days before scheduled promise to pay

Hey folks, wanted to see if anyone had this issue recently.
on 9/6 i made a scheduled promise to pay for 9/21. However today on 9/11 i woke up to NO SERVICE, no email, no text, no warning. To add insult to injury the chat assistant is telling me I have to make a payment just to reach customer service which is INSANE. I’ve never seen a company paywall their agents. I also see that there’s no record of my payment arrangement on Verizon, thank goodness i took screenshots - huge reminder to everyone to ALWAYS SCREENSHOT YOUR PROMISE TO PAYS AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS as this new system may erase all record of it. This has been getting steadily worse since the beginning of the year. Probably gonna have to go back to T-Mobile instead of renewing if this isn’t resolved and improved going forward.
