Verizon doesn't accept my payment

I have been trying to buy two new lines but I couldn't make payment from online. I tried two times from chat with two different agent. TTey send me tons of payment links, any of them didn't work. I tried three different credit card, paypal, apple pay.  I waited 4 days and tried to place order again with different device. Lastly, I called customer service and they told me that they were not able to solve problem. They wanted me to go to local store which doesn't have same deals. I have been battleing for being customer for verizon but it looks like they don't want to gain new customer. Is there any solution for that?

I had the same problem. Had to actually order from my app. It went through with no problem unlike their website.

I was trying to submit an order, the account would be in my friends name because he can get a phone for $0.00 down, but I'd manage the account because he has T-Mobile, basically he is doing this for me to get a new phone and we got to the part to place the order I put in my debit card info and I changed the card multiple times. The order is $0.00 because I'm a new customer and it kept giving me the error above and a live chat agent didn't help either. I'm so frustrated that Verizon doesn't know how to fix their stuff for people to pay for something. T-Mobile or AT&T wouldn't do this. Verizon if y'all want new customers and for people to stay with your services y'all better step up your game and start fixing stuff, so people can be satisfied and not frustrated with a dumb error that shouldn't even happen.

Also having this issue and my bank says it's Verizon

I've had this exact same issue for several years!! I've tried to upgrade a few of my lines and it's never gone through, even if I have a $0 balance. No matter what payment method I use it doesn't work and I get the same error message. I've had to end up going to the store  every time or just not upgrading at all. It's an absolute joke and they've supposedly opened and "escalated" tickets many times but of course it's never been resolved. Once again over the last couple days I tried to upgrade and same issue. I even get a pending authorization on my bank account. but still get the error message. When I call they have no idea what to do and just create a whole new order and have me try it again, and shocker it doesn't work. I currently have 5+ authorizations on my bank for over $1k. Thanks Verizon 👎
