Verizon has not return kit for 4 months and now I am in collections with company called Afie

I closed my account in February 2024 for an LTE Home internet account and have not been able to return the equipment. I have called repeatedly asking for a return label and Verizon will tell me they are sending one and to wait 10 days. No kit/label ever arrives. I think I have called about 5 times asking for a kit. I went into verizon and they cannot accept the equipment there. 

I have escalated it within the billing department and was assured that it was being taken care of and that the amount owed would be taken off my account. it has not been taken off my account and I still am not able to return the equipment.

I now have a collections agency calling me. they even said if I paid 30% off what I owe today that they would wipe the debt off. June 4th Afle put in a request for a lable to be sent to me and they too were not able to get a label sent to me so that I can get this equipment back to Verizon. 

Does anyone know how I can get this equipment back to Verizon? I asked who the carrier was that was sending the shipping kit or label or whatever Verizon was sending so I could go and pick it up from them - I just need the tracking number to contact them - but they could not/would not give it to me.  I cannot get this equipment back and this is going to ruin my credit. I have th equipment and have been willing to return it. I just cannot. Is anyone having this issue?
