Verizon has the worst Customer service ever

I have had so many issues with verizon and the customer service. Every time I've ever talked to them they promise they are going to change something wrong on their end. I just had my credit hit for the second time for a transfer of service that was sent to me  with an order number and all due to the fact they can't change it to the right name on the account. Their faults has cost me probably 24 hrs of my time since using this wifi service. I also was promised 10$ off my bill and ofc it didn't happen. Hopefully they actually did just change it to be the right amount with a 10$ credit for their MESS UP once again.  There's no way you can be one of the biggest companies but have such terrible customer service that assures you the stuff they were suppose to handle is handled when in realtiy they are lying or just don't understand how to do their job properly.  There is so much more I could list out about what I've dealt with from them and their faulty database, customer service etc but i'm almost positive that anyone who reads this post has already dealt with it plenty. I'm just dumbfounded how verizon can have such a good company but can't properly take care of their customers and fulfill their promises.
