I believe some of them are predatory at worst, lacking some integrity at best. My mother and her boyfriend (both in their 80s) were sold 4 phones in 2 weeks. I'm not even kidding. The bill went from $150 to $300 to $400. The worst part is that my mom passed away 8 days after getting the last phone and we're still fighting to get the bill adjusted. It's now $800, partly because the store kept the 2 iPhones they never should've sold them in the first place, for 6 weeks instead of returning them. They originally went in there for 1 Galaxy phone and came home with 2 iPhones. They returned those to get 2 new Samsungs because they had never had iPhones before and they can barely work the ones they had. The manager told us that my mother insisted on trying the iPhone. No way. Why would she choose a phone she can't use unless the salesman talked her into it. And the bill? There's no way to figure out the credits or which of the 6 phone #s on the bill (only 2 actual phone #s in service) they belong to. It's a mess.
