Verizon not honoring promotion/claims that it was redemmed

While upgrading a phone in store, I accepted an offer for Verizon Wi-Fi that included NFL Sunday Ticket. I contacted customer service after I was unable to redeem it, and was told that I had already been redeemed. This was not true. After speaking to numerous customer service agent, one finally admitted that I had not redeemed it and assured me I would be able to redeem it in a few days. 3 days later I received a text message from Verizon claiming they could not honor the deal because I had claimed a deal for Samsung appliances. This is also not true, as I have not purchased any appliances for four years. I should be easy enough for Verizon to look at my records to see that I have not received either promotion.
