Verizon put my Sister in Collections on her credit report and it's a Double Charged Account

I've spoken to so many Verizon rep and I keep getting the run around even after explaining the situation.

My Sister started a shared Account with 4 people. She left more than 10 years ago. I was the only one left with an iPhone and a Tablet. everything has been paid for and I'm on autopay. I even changed the name and address online on the account.

I decided to upgrade to newer Model, iPhone 13 Pro Max.  I bought the phone, and it was shipped to the wrong address. I went to that address and got the phone and confirmed to the guy that it was my phone being sent there by accident . I called Verizon to activate the phone. The Rep told me I would have to get a transfer of service to activate the new phone. She asked me if I'm closing the old account since I had the Tablet. I said yes, because I no longer needed service on that tablet.

Everything seemed fine as I got my new phone, and my Tablet no longer had service, and I only used it to take notes etc. 2 years later I discovered that I was being doubled charged, The payments were spread apart so I didn't notice. At the time I thought It was that someone had scanned my card and was paying for their bill, so I called Verizon to report it at as Fraud. They went ahead and closed the account. I called my Bank to block the payments. They couldn't tell me the account number. They said I would need to call Verizon and figure out what account used my card. Verizon somehow couldn't figure that out?!

Months go by and My sister calls me and said Hey. My credit report said I owe Verizon, and I haven't been on Verizon.  She was trying to dispute it because I told her my account number, and it didn't match. She had them send her proof of the account. When she looked on the papers, It had her Name with the wrong address from when my phone was sent out. The papers had my iPad on it and said service removed unpaid Balance. (I'm assuming the after I reported it as fraud they were still charging for the closed account)

I've been to more that 5 Verizon stores. Spoke to so many Representatives. They unlocked the old account or so they said. Even One Rep on the phone said he was filing a report on the Rep in the Store. I've been told I was getting charged back and they would note the account. I been told in the store not to worry about the collections when My sister and I went to One of the stores.

I have even called The collections place IC System, with my sister to explain the situation. she told me Verizon has to remove it and looked at it and said it was Validated twice.

I'm in need of serious help, I don't know what else to do and I want it off my sister's credit report. I'm still a Verizon Customer but I manually pay Monthly because I have lost trust. I've never owed any money. I have all my bank statements of the double charging and the collections papers my sister was sent.
