I had a technical issue with our router. I spoke the technical support to resolve the slow internet issue and on they and scheduled technician to visit and fix the issue. The technician came and tried to fix the issue.
He further went ahead and renewed my contract for another 2 years without even discussing with me. I am on month to month contract for more than an year and suddenly I was put in contract at a higer price.
I complained with verizon and the opened a ticket to resolve it. It has been 10 days and I still see that my account is in 2 year contract.
I am looking for options to resolve it.
