I recently had the pleasure of working with Daury, a Verizon representative, who went above and beyond to assist me with a concern regarding my travel charges. It was clear that Daury genuinely cared about resolving my issue. He took his time, listened attentively, and patiently walked me through every step until my concern was fully addressed. He even ran upstairs to obtain approval from his manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding, I had a smooth and pleasant experience on the phone.
Daury is a shining example of what customer care should look like! Verizon is fortunate to have someone like him on their team.
