Verizon store employee

I am a new customer to Verizon and a store employee made a huge mistake that I’m paying for and  no one at verizon will even listen to my side.  They just basically said “oh well your loss and there’s nothing you can do about it.”  I am beyond angry seeing that I left a company because I THOUGHT I would be better served army Verizon but I know now how wrong I was. And you cannot find ANYWHERE to file a higher complaint and the standard employees will not do anything to help. The manager at the store was rude and uncaring from the moment I asked to speak to him. He stuck up for his employee saying “I’ve never had any problems with that employee making mistakes”. We ALL make mistakes and she made a huge one and not only deceived me but cost me dearly. I will leave verizon and will tell as many people as I can about this experience. Just the ones I’ve told so far cannot believe it. I can’t believe it but the money that comes out of my bank every month MAKES ME BELIEVE IT.
