I have been with Verizon cellular for the past 16 years. My recent exercise with thier network coverage as well as trade in services were painful.
Dropped calls, no coverage (with limited LTE some times) in and around Houston Metropolitan. I am relying on my home wifi to make and receive calls.
Tactics played by Verizon with 2 recents trade lost the confidence and trust of their brand. The orders placed when applying trade ins are different when they apply the credits. Spent 6 months with calling customer service and back /forth visits to local Verizon store. All the customer reps and managers play the tricks to lure customers but no actual resolutions provided. I will be moving away to different carrier after witnessing the horrible experience.

Account with 6 lines. Plan for Lines in trade in issues are on UNLIMITED PLUS.
I spent hours with live agent chats and customer service calls (at least i called 15 times) and visits to Verizon store. Did not resolve the issues as of this writing. I spent 3 hours today 08/08 with customer reps but no use.

Their community private chat is another nightmare and joke. You can't send more than 1 message to reply. What in the world have that kind of restrictions to listens to customers and provide resolutions?
