Verizon turned off my service

I'm all collecting all my correspondence to send to Verizon head office.  My service was interrupted after months of Verizon telling me they are taking care of the problem.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would get a call back but instead my service is shut off.

I refused to have them removed the overage in installment and opted to have it completely gone since I've been dealing with this problem since February but instead they disconnected my service.

After 22 years do you think someone should be dealing with this kind of problem!!!

My Bank account was hacked and I need a little time to get it fixed I can't get any money until the bank sends me another card I am 68 and have a very sick husband I need your help and just a little more time to make my payment please help me
