Verizon won't refund me

My first experience with Verizon was the worst experience my entire life I've been demoralized by Verizon. Now, I needed a tab so urgently for a project work. I placed my order on the 28th of October 2023 over the phone call with the customer support as a prepaid customer to avoid any form of troubles , payed with my Verizon wireless gift card the payment went through order number 9906155 and location code D031501 the order went through. They asked if I wanted postpaid, I said No thank you. Then few minutes later I got an email saying my order has shipped and that same minute I got another email saying my order is being cancelled and I needed to upload my ID and my proof of address I thought it was a phishing email. Then I tracked the tracking number only to find out that the package has been requested to be returned to Verizon. I called customer service they told me nothing was wrong that I should worry less, I called the next day, this time I was told that the warehouse sent a wrong item mistakenly and they called for it back and if they get it, they'd send the right package. Okay fine then I didn't receive the package then I called only for them to say I have to contact fraud department, whenever I call fraud department, they say they have nothing to do with my order as they don't handle prepaid, I get transferred to sales, sales transfers me to insight, inside transfers me to another department and thay department transfers me back to fraud after so many hours of me repeating same thing, them call get disconnected. Imagine my level of frustration. I spend my entire day resuming calling with the customer support until they close and hang up on me. Then on the 6th I was told there was a glitch that mistakenly cancelled my order then I asked for a refund firstly they told me they don't have the package yet, then I called ups which testified that they already have the package. Then they say I wait 10 days, i waited and didn't get the refund , then I called again and was told to wait another 7-10 business days..I still did not receive anything frustrated I called again and they told me to wait till today. And I lost the job I needed the tab for already thanks to Verizon for adding to my failure and my loosing a job. I am writing this with tears now I am scared to check the balance of my card if the money has been refunded because I'm am already depressed with the whole situation. Verizon seems not to care about Thier customers. I am a depressed soul because of Verizon I only hope I see the refund as I have been promised so many times and didn't see it. I wonder why Verizon tells a lot of lies to their customers
