Verizon won't reimburse me my $843

In November 2023, I ordered a phone online from Verizon and was told I would receive an email to pick it up in the store when it was ready. They never emailed me saying the phone was ready and instead sent an email a couple of days later saying that because I never picked up my phone, they were canceling the order and would reimburse me.
I have spent the last 5 months trying to get my $843.76 back. I have spent HOURS talking to their chat bots and phone reps, with their telling me repeatedly that they "need to get additional details." They have erroneously sent to the store, and otherwise send me emails saying they're investigating
After latest 90 minute conversation, they opened a "payment investigation" and told me I would get a response within 5-7 business days. When I called last week, they said they were conducting another investigation and I would hear back in 3 days. That was last week.
I've now sought legal advice and they've told me to contact the Better Business Bureau, the NYS AG's Office, and the Federal Consumer Fraud Protection Bureau because this is absolute fraud.

Hey, Iโm reaching out to see if youโve had luck with a reimbursement?
Verizon owes me over $1800 in fraudulent charges and has not reimbursed me. They continuously say theyโre opening a ticket and escalating it. Itโs been six months and Iโve spent hours on the phone and chat.
