Every time I turn around my bill is getting higher with Verizon. First, it was the internet and now it’s the phone lines. The service is terrible most times and I’m not reimbursed for it, but the company can raise its prices anytime. No one ever answers customer service calls and I’m tired of it. I am switching my service. I thought Verizon was the best option and customer service but I was wrong!

Same here when I was first with them a little over a year ago it was supposed to be a certain number and it's already went up like 80 bucks since then it's getting ridiculous they keep messing up my bill a free phone that I was supposed to have on another with the add a new line promotion to get a free phone and I've literally paid for the phone every month it's never been a free phone and then every time I call to get it managed to keep giving me the runaround I've already paid half the  phone off
