I had a military discount and then it was stopped by Verizon. I tried to go through the signon and tell them they have my DD214 which showed I served and was a veteran. I asked during the chat (Thu. Nov 17, 2022 at 3:27 PM) how Verizon can say they support the veterans and then they remove the $15.00 credit. I told the chat person, once a verteran that served, always a veteran, nothing changes from my status. She assured me that she had taken care of my Veteran status and I was good to go. I received my December bill and they charged me $15.00 for November and December, so upped my bill $30.00.
I have been with Verizon for years, since they no longer want to take care of Veterans, I will visit there store and cancel all my lines. So much for supporting veterans that served.
Terrible, not too mention being told not to worry on the chat and now they pull my veteran status, make it impossible to communicate with them online.
