Apparently the only way to actually get the pre-paid card is to complain about not getting it as promised. It has been 6 months since I placed my Triple Play order with the promise of a pre-paid Visa card. It has not arrived as of yet. Also, I was told by the sales person that I would not be locked into a contract, but I am in a two-year contract somehow, so I am wondering if I was intentionally lied to in order to get me to sign the order.

You need to call the billing department as this was a promotion which is tied to billing.
